• Recruited, trained and managed a crack team of copywriters and delivered sparkling, search optimised copy to brief, to budget and to deadline
• Highlighted gaps in online sales journeys and improvements needed to user experience
• Storyboarded and wrote internal communications and presentations to explain and sell in the redesign project to Virgin Media as a whole
• Since launch, online sales have increased by 23%
