Virgin Media - My Virgin Media redesign

I wrote all copy for My Virgin Media, a new, secure area where customers manage their accounts online.

• Wrote copy for 180 new pages to help customers understand and manage their accounts, including pages on apps, billing help and payment journeys
• Worked with designers on creative concepts for page headers and Flash banners
• Named new areas, such as My Apps and My Bills
• Suggested a new way of working with online designers, user experience designers and developers to improve communication in a fast-moving, ever-changing project
